RAMPARD SYSTEMS, INC ("RSI") is a company formed in 2006 and launched by Armand Czapkowski, with a goal to address the rapidly growing and evolving needs of the corporate and government streaming media marketplaces.
Armand has been heavily involved in Streaming Media Technologies, Relational Database modeling and Web/Media Application Development since 1996.
In 2005 he envisioned and designed RSI's Webcasting Application that streamlined a lot of the manual processes typically associated with webcasting technologies, like synchronizing slides with the LIVE audio/video stream, registration and tracking webcast viewers (utilizing MySQL Databases).
Then partnered with a Server Collocation, CLECs (Competitive Local Exchange Carriers) and ISPs (Internet Service Providers) to create a network platform for its Media and Web Servers and create a global CDN (Content Distribution Network) for all web, database and streaming content. The Application uses relational database model for data I/O (input/output). Layered and object-oriented model utilizing JSP (JAVA and Java Server Pages) allows for superior processing speed and ensures proper I/O, backup and compression algorithms.
